WHAT?
Grow Benzie hosts weekly potlucks on Tuesday evenings throughout the winter and spring including workshops, game nights, and current topical conversations led by individuals or in a panel format.

This week, (Physical Therapist) Heidi Burgess will host a conversation about personal health during the winter months- taking a holistic approach to mental health and physical health
during the typically cold, hibernation months in Northern Michigan. Topics will include activity ideas, safety measures, and mindfulness tips for coping and stress reduction.
