WHAT?
The Fermentaton Guild has a monthly potluck to explore the wide world of fermentation.

May's focus will be Kombucha. Led by brewer Chris Shnepf. Chris brings a passion and knowledge for Kombucha that is intoxicating- even if Kombucha isn't. Whether you are curious from a distance or already have an at home Kombucha brewing routine this will be a helpful talk to take you to the next level.
Potluck please bring a dish to share.
